You as the client fill out a simple form with regards to emergency contact information, veterinarian information, pet personality/medicinal care.

There will be no additional charge for any client meetings, pet updates via email or phone and key pick up/drop offs.

All personal information such as security codes, phone numbers, addresses and extra keys are kept strictly confidential and will never be available to anyone except a bonded and insured Travelin’ Chimp Animal Care representative.
